The Heath Brothers; Jimmy and Tootie with Jeb Patton and David Wong
These legendary brothers formed their first jazz group in 1975 with their brother Percy on bass, Jimmy, tenor saxophone, Albert “Tootie” on drums Stanley Cowell on piano. Other sidemen came and went. Sadly Percy has now passed but The Heath Brothers live on still playing in their hard bop style. It is our pleasure to see them with their outstanding pianist Jeb Patton and the wonderfully talented, David Wong on bass.
